Terms of Service

Engagements

Every project begins with a written scope and quote. Work starts once the scope is approved, and changes are agreed in writing before they affect timeline or cost.

Payment

Projects are billed against milestones defined in the proposal. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Intellectual property

On final payment, you own the code, designs, and content we produce for you. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential by default and sign NDAs on request before detailed discussions.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that delivered work materially conforms to the agreed scope and will fix nonconformities reported during the stabilization period at no cost. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement.
